Will it be possible to see the scores we received from judges? Knowing I lost 3-0 in a matchup is one thing, but knowing an actual score would help put things in a clearer perspective.
In the general contest no rubric score information is revealed unless a tiebreaker is needed. There’s an optional shop add on that reveals your rubric scores at the end of the contest but that only gives you your rubric scores, not the opponents. If any judges left optional feedback, that will be emailed over the course of the weekend.
I can see why you wouldn’t want to reveal that in a bracket based contest, but not having that context leaves you wondering whether you lost in an early round because your story wasn’t up to par, or if you had bad luck in your pairing. It may not be an issue for most; I just happen to be hungry for stats.
I understand.
Unfortunately, you were paired with the eventual winner at the beginning. We have no seeding for the inaugural contests in each word count, but by the time they loop back around for their second runs, we’ll be sorting the brackets by seeding and rankings.
