By entering the Contest, you expressly grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute and adapt: your name, submitted story or material, biographical or profile information (if provided), in connection with the Contest and promotion of Write Hook and its events. This includes, but is not limited to, usage in:

Social media posts and stories
Livestreams and videos
Podcasts and audio content
Leaderboards and ranking displays
Press releases, newsletters, marketing materials

You acknowledge and agree that we may use this content without additional compensation, and you waive any moral-rights claims, subject to applicable law.
If you do not wish for your name or story to be used in this way, you must contact us at admin@getwritehooked.com before or within 30 days after the Contest conclusion to request exclusion. We will endeavour to remove or avoid using your name/story, but we cannot always guarantee removal from third-party platforms or archival usage.

Our service providers, partners and subcontractors who assist us in running the Contest (e.g., mailing platforms, analytics providers).
Public disclosures as per Section 4 (winners’ announcements, leaderboards, social posts) using your name/story, unless you have opted out as above.
